Apple Pro Display XDR monitor

Specialists from Cupertino presented us with a lot of interesting gadgets, smart accessories, powerful computers, but there was no high-end display yet. "The world's first 32-inch Retina 6K monitor" - such words from company representatives, this is a rather loud statement, but 100% true. This is the perfect monitor for professional work.

PRO XDR

The human eye is able to see a lot of detail, even in low or very bright conditions. Displays are often unable to convey all the details of the image, or the subtlest shades of colors, because their capabilities are limited by technology. And yet, engineers and developers are making great efforts to bring their creations closer to the ideal.

Thus, the modern technology of extended dynamic range, known to us under the acronym HDR, was born. The Cupertino specialists have taken it one step further and created something more than HDR - the extreme dynamic range of XDR. This brings all the indicators inherent in displays, such as contrast, color reproduction and brightness, to completely new positions.

PRO Brightness

The average brightness of conventional monitors, which occupy the main niche in the electronics market, reaches an average of 350 cd / m². Lines of monitors for professional work often have higher figures, but may not work at an increased level of brightness for a very short time.

Apple's display is capable of maintaining a constant brightness of 1000 nits on average across the screen and 1600 cd/m² at peak. The high-performance backlight system will give you incredible contrast between dark and light areas, as well as rich natural hues with brightness without unnecessary eclipse. You can only imagine what it's like to work with bright images at a contrast of 1,000,000 : 1 and with realistic XDR detail. Sheer pleasure!

PRO Colors

Thanks to the perfect symbiosis of technological solutions, Pro Display XDR is able to display colors and shades as close to reality as possible. The P3's wide color gamut features a unique color palette for rich, rich images.

10-bit color depth ensures maximum accuracy, state-of-the-art calibration technology and sophisticated algorithm ensure you get the highest quality in color transmission and output.

PRO Backlight

What else plays an important role in creating a realistic image? To obtain high-quality images, the proximity of bright and dark areas on the monitor is necessary. If the backlight control is inaccurate, then areas with "highlights" may appear on the monitor.

Apple engineers have taken this moment into account and, in order to significantly reduce the number of possible flashes, they have improved LEDs, light control technologies and added intelligent image processing. Control over the LEDs, response speed, delays and highlights was taken over by the clock controller processor (TCON).

The processor is endowed with great computing speed and power, and uses advanced algorithms for analysis and display. TCON has also taken control of the LCD pixels to adjust colors and light with incredible precision to suit your needs.

PRO Viewing angles

In professional work with graphics, video and images, it is very important that everyone who looks at the monitor from different angles or points sees the same thing. Wide viewing angles are one of the important conditions when choosing a professional monitor. And often, there are minor flaws that significantly spoil the overall look of the picture, such as dull colors or reduced quality.

The Apple Pro Display XDR features the best polarization technology of any professional monitor currently available on the market. Accurate color reproduction, 25 times higher contrast ratio with an ultra-wide viewing angle - that's what the new display from the creators from Cupertino boasts.

PRO Antiglare

Apple monitors have a high level of protection against glare in the market. The regular glass version of the display will do a great job of reducing the glare that can occur while using the display under standard lighting conditions.

For use in non-standard lighting conditions, we created another version of the Pro Display XDR monitor with frosted nanotexturing glass. The result of this new approach is a matte screen that delivers high image quality and contrast, while diffusing light so you forget glare.

PRO Retina 6K

High resolution is not only a high-quality image, it is also a great scope for creativity. Pro Display XDR monitors with Retina 6K display have 40% more screen real estate than 5K monitors. The pixel density of the novelty is 218 pixels per inch, which is almost a hundred pixels more than in most standard displays.

All this makes for incredibly crisp and detailed images on the monitor, and opens up incredible creative spaces for you to easily fit 4K content, the software and tools you need, and so much more.

PRO Features

You can easily adjust the monitor depending on the image type and video format. It doesn't matter if it's HDR, HD, SD, digital cinema, photos, printable images, and web objects. Just select one of the reference modes and the display will automatically adjust the color space, white balance, color gamut and brightness.

True Tone technology, along with ambient light sensors, helps you calibrate the image and fine-tune color and brightness to match the lighting conditions in your room or office. For absolutely accurate results, the monitor is endowed with two sensors, one of which is located on the front of the case, and the other on the back.

Every Apple Pro Display XDR undergoes a professional color and tint calibration process. Each of the 576 LEDs is calibrated separately, and a special profile is created and saved for it. Subsequently, a special high-tech algorithm is connected, which determines the intensity of the LEDs, to obtain the best image you have ever seen.

PRO Design

Apple Pro Display XDR is rich not only in luxurious image, but also in design features. Uniqueness lies in every element and millimeter of the design. The screen is covered with thin 9mm bezels that do not distract from work. The thickness of the aluminum case is only 2.5 centimeters, and the diagonal is 32 inches.

The back panel of the monitor is made in the format of a rounded patterned lattice. Thanks to this approach, it was possible to double the area, which will be cooled by powerful air flows. Fast and silent cooling to maintain peak brightness levels is guaranteed.

PRO display only for pros?

Apple Corporation positions its branded monitor as a high-end screen for professional work. And it will also come in handy for users who are fond of luxurious images, rich colors and high brightness. Such a display will become a real decoration of any cabinet or office. With the Apple Pro Stand or VESA Mount Adapter, you can securely place your monitor where you want it.

An important point is that this monitor is not compatible with all devices of the company. The official Apple website has a published list of devices that are compatible with Pro Display XDR. Among them are the new Mac Pro (2019), MacBook Pro 16" and 15" (2019) and iMac (2019), i.e. devices that support Thunderbolt 3.

You can order or buy the original new Apple Pro Display XDR in Ukraine in the iCenter chain of stores. All devices have a warranty from the manufacturer and from the store, as well as free delivery to any corner of Ukraine.
